About Me
Genny is originally from England, where she worked as a massage therapist and moved to the US five years ago.

In a national position, she made her way up and down the country, teaching massage therapy; coaching, eating, and drinking her way across each state.

After believing for many years that a healthy lifestyle and exercise were not something she could ever love, she eventually decided to hire a personal trainer and managed to lose 65lbs.
–
Soon after, Genny decided to move away from corporate America and gain her personal training and nutrition coaching certifications. With this and her own personal experience, she wants to help people navigate through their own unique journey with fitness.

Still a huge fan of espresso martinis, double-decker burgers, and an avid petitioner against Chick-Fil-A being closed on Sundays, Genny is a complete advocate for all things balance and is excited to show her clients that fitness and fun can co-exist!
I will guide you through your own weight loss journey, providing not only support, but also accountability throughout our time together. Expect to be pushed to your full potential in our training sessions so you get the results you want!

I know from first-hand experience that the most difficult part of weight loss can be the time outside of sessions when we are left to our own devices. That’s why I’ll be sliding into your inbox and texts to check in throughout the week.

If you need advice on eating out, how to stay on track when the hangover munchies kick in, or you just need talking down from the top shelf where the old Halloween candy stash is, I’ll make sure I’m a text away!
